This collection is comprised of more than 1100 units. They come from the donations of collectors: generals Cristian and Alexandru Tell, Radu R. Rossetti, Radu Alistar, Ion Paulat and many others. The collection contains the works of illustrators and engravers both foreigners and Romanians: Marian Gaspar, A. Ed. Sadeler, Ph. Benoist, Dumitru Pappasoglu, Carol Pop de Szathmari, Gheorghe Tattarescu. The subjects vary a great deal: portraits of rulers, political and cultural personalities, events, battles, heraldries. Some imprints are marked with the ”Ex Libris” formula.
