The collection contains several types of photo film out of which the most important patrimonial photo film is those of glass and celluloid. They contain images from the First and Second World Wars until present day. Aside from the collection of photo film, in the museum’s photo film library there are vinyl discs, audio cassettes, magneto phone tapes as well as video cassettes, cinematographic movies, microfilms and CDs. On the magneto phone tapes, there are interviews with a number of personalities of Romanian military life between 1950 to 1989. The cinematographic movies contain, among others, cinema documentaries and news journals from the years 1941 through 1944.
