GENERAL MILITARY HISTORY EXHIBITION
PREHISTORY EXHIBITION
The Prehistory Exhibition contains a series of archaeological items which illustrate both the development and spreading of the Stone, Bronze and Iron Ages over the Romanian territory and their typological integration within the European cultural areas.
ANCIENT HISTORY EXHIBITION
The Ancient History Exhibition presents the Dacian civilization’s flourishing period (1st century B.C. – 1st Century A.D.) and the military organization of the Roman province of Dacia (106-271) which is brought into perspective by a richness of items.
MEDIEVAL AGE EXHIBITION
The Medieval Age Exhibition contains a great variety of offensive and defensive equipment of either Western or Oriental styles used in the battles of the age.
MODERN HISTORY EXHIBITION
The Modern History Exhibition surveys the main moments leading to the proclamation of the National Independence (1877) and to the achievement of the Great Union (1918).
CONTEMPORARY HISTORY EXHIBITION
Romania’s involvement in the two world wars is presented in the Contemporary History Exhibition.
