As part of the general collection span of the National Military Museum, this collection comprises medical instruments and materiel from the War of Independence (1877-1878) like the M. 1877 “Record” Syringe, the 6th Sanitary Direction which functioned in the Great War or several other pieces from the Second World War. We can count as pieces of great importance: a M. 1914 German washing machine, a M. 1896 folding operating table or one from 1917 made by carpenter soldiers during the battles of 1917 for the front line’s infirmaries’ needs.
